| I will gladly hold a puppy for you for $100. When the puppy reaches 8 weeks of age, I will hold the puppy for an additional two weeks. If you change your mind, your deposit will be forfeited. |
| My puppies are healthy and are well-adjusted. I have handled and played with them from Day One. I sell them with limited registration because I do not want them to accidentally get into a puppy-mill situation. For this reason, AKC registration papers will not be issued until proof of spaying/neutering. |
| I guarantee that my puppies are in good health at the time of the sale. To honor this guarantee, you as the buyer should get a healthy puppy check within forty-eight hours of purchase. A contract stating the above is given with the sale of a puppy. |
